These terms govern purchases from Syber, online and in store. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep pricing and availability accurate; if we make an error on your order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can always cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and payment by phone for orders placed with our team. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Shipping

Shipping terms - free ground shipping over $75, flat $6.95 under, same-day dispatch by 2 PM ET - are described on our Shipping & Returns page and apply to every order.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, per our Shipping & Returns policy. Final-sale items are returnable only if defective.

Product information

All products sold on this site are our own in-house labels. Sizing guidance is provided in good faith; if something doesn't fit, exchanges are free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Venue for any dispute is Gloucester County, NJ.
