Syber Distributors LLC ("Syber," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.
When you place an order, contact us, or join our email list, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our systems.
We use your information to fulfill and ship orders, handle returns and exchanges, respond to questions, and - only if you sign up - send our monthly email about new styles and sales. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Our site uses a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to understand which pages get visited. You can disable cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, but your cart won't persist between visits.
Order records are retained as required by New Jersey and federal tax regulations. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards over customer information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to order systems.
